Day tours
Black Forest, Markgräflerland, Kaiserstuhl or Alsace
On the road in the border triangle, with a quick step into Switzerland
Individually and professionally
Friendly and competently
Black Forest is a beautiful cultural landscape with open meadows and dark, wooded heights, deep valleys, clear lakes and spectacular waterfalls, ancient farms, cozy villages, impressive monasteries and much more.
Black Forest is home to cuckoo clock, Bollenhut - the famous hat with red pompoms -, and the famous Black Forest cake. The culinary offering is complemented by Black Forest ham and refreshing beer.
Markgräflerland, also known as the Tuscany of Germany, is nestled between Rhine river and southern Black Forest. Agriculture and viticulture model the landscape. Asparagus awaits guests in spring. Castles and palaces look out over the vast plain, warm air from the Mediterranean flows through the Burgundian Gate and ensures a mild climate. Hot springs offer relaxation.
An extinct volcano in the middle of the Upper Rhine Valley, wine and fruit cultivation on terraces: that is Kaiserstuhl. Lava rock and loess soils are a very special combination. Winemakers and farmers are happy about optimum growing conditions. Picturesque villages, rare plants and animals want to be discovered.
Alsace combines the best of two cultures. Medieval towns are guarded by countless castle ruins on the slopes of Vosges mountains.
Flower-decorated half-timbered houses characterize the cities. The Alsatian wine route is just as inviting to discover as the historic Route des Crêtes on the ridge of the Vosges.
A jump across the Rhine into Switzerland completes the offer. Old, wealthy cities like Basel with its high-class museums and natural treasures like Lake Lucerne attract visitors.
Nature, culture, adventure, sport or amusement park
You will experience hospitality everywhere. Cozy country inns serve the area's specialties. Ambitious chefs will pamper you at star level. Many farm shops round off the culinary offerings and present delicious memories to take home. Winemakers open their cellars to let you taste wines and sparkling wines or crémants.
Every season has its charms. At the beginning of the year, you enjoy peace and quiet when there aren't many guests around. Nature explodes in spring, flowering trees and bushes dominate the landscape. Long evenings and warm nights create a southern flair in summer.
Late summer is characterized by the grape harvest and numerous inviting wine festivals. Autumn changes the color of nature and the leaves shine, before the cities are festively decorated with countless lights, and traditional and colorful Christmas markets open everywhere.
We will be happy to help to make your trip an unforgettable experience.
